If an item is on hand or any of our Glow Extensions, allow for a 1-2 weeks for shipping. If an item is on pre-order, allow for 2-4 weeks for shipping. All packages will come with a tracking number and sent by email. After the package is with USPS, AGC is no longer responsible and cannot offer a refund for lost or stolen items. Refunds are 18% of your normal purchase price. Due to COVID-19, there are no exchanges or returns.
